I’m a firm believer in celebrating birthdays. So much so I’ve even written a blog post on it (you can read it here), and it seems that the British institution that is Penhaligon’s of London follow me in this belief. To celebrate their 145th birthday, discover Penhaligon’s No. 33, a new fougère fragrance collection, including a full skincare range.

Building on Penhaligon’s long-standing authority in men’s fragrance and grooming, the No.33 collection also includes a new, modern line of skincare products to complement a man’s routine beyond traditional shaving. The fragrance pays homage to William Penhaligon, the company’s founder to began his barbers at No.33 St James’s Street in 1870. The Eau de Cologne is based around an aromatic composition of lavender, which has been an essential component of numerous Penhaligon’s scents since its founding.

Top notes:
Bergamot, orange, grapefruit, artemisia, coriander, clary sage and cypress
Middle notes:
Lavender, violet, black pepper, ginger, jasmine, rose, lily-of-the-valley, geranium, saffron and cardamom
Base notes:
Amber, vetiver, musk, moss, tobacco, tonka bean, vanilla and cedar
